I've received my $2 from the NBPR Rebate

 

Last week, I went to Target for the Saratoga water deal and I did get $2 from the No Beer Purchase Required (NBPR) Rebate for the Saratoga.

However, I've only gotten a welcome from the $2 Saratogo Still or Sparkling Water Rebate, although, I did upload my receipt on the same day of purchase.  We did have a New Year holiday, last week, so I have to be patient that my two dollars will come shortly.
