Kroger: $2.49 PS Campari Tomatoes, 1 lb (zip 24422)

A reader, VintageBeer, says the following:

I used a lower $1.99 weekly digital coupon from Kroger (zip code 24422) on the Campari tomatoes at Ralphs today, and despite it still showing no qualifying items, it deducted fine at checkout.

For whatever reason, kroger.com didn't want to change the zip so I went into Private Browser/Incognito mode and I was able to change the zip code.
