ReplyDeleteI call offers like this “partly cloudy” because it might go through perfectly (sunny skies 🌞 ) or it may not (stormy weather! ⚡️).
My suggestion is that you submit your receipt to SB BEFORE you leave the store.
If it works out fine, great.
But if it doesn’t and you don’t want the soap due to no cashback then take it to customer service and get a refund.
SB can be glitchy: notice there’s no way to scan a barcode like you can with Ibotta to verify an item qualifies. And, I don’t like having my money tied up and merchandise taking up space at home while SB customer service takes 2-3 days to decide whether they want to pay me or not.
Fingers crossed that everyone will be paid. And, as always, much appreciation to Ms. B. for letting us know!
