ReplyDeleteCoconut water is useful for hydration in hot weather. Wifey and I prefer and recommend versions that don’t have a lot of added sugar. So, be sure to read the nutrition label when making your choice. There can also be a bit of sodium, so be cautious when consuming if your are watching your intake of salt.
At Albertson's stores (e g. Pavilions), they are in the produce section (mine was in a section under some fruit).
