How to submit a Trouble Ticket to Fetch Rewards

Sometimes, with Fetch Rewards we need to submit a Trouble Ticket when there is a problem that doesn't fit into their usual "trouble" or "problem" criteria like a new product bar code not being recognized by the Fetch software.  In my opinion, product bar codes are really a common problem because manufacturers are always making adjustments or changing the name of a product and they'll slap on a bar code on a product which can cause all of kinds of havoc, i.e., Pepsi has always had some sort of Pepsi Cherry Cola but they keep renaming it, thereby, changing the product bar code with name iteration.

Before going to the Fetch Rewards app:

✅Take a picture of the product offer, if the offer does not exclude what you purchase, you say "the offer does not exclude the purchase of X,Y,Z."
✅Take a picture of the receipt.
✅Take a picture of the product bar code.

Go to the Fetch Rewards app and do the following:

✅Go to the bottom right of the app and click on the profile icon

✅Click "Help Center" and "Contact us".

✅ Click "Missing Points/Offers and click which receipt that needs to be fixed/corrected.  A pop up will appear offering "Correct Receipt" or "Contact Support"...USE CONTACT SUPPORT.

Always, Always, Always start your Trouble Ticket with what you want to have happen, i.e.

Please, credit me 5,000 points that the Fetch software missed because I met the requirements of the Pepsi offer when I purchased ....(state the criteria buy $15 get 1,500).

Keep it short and sweet.  The people that review this stuff really don't care about the problem, they just need to know how many points to give you, your stated problem and picture of the bar code, offer and receipt so that they can give you the points...and they can continue their conversation about what happened to them over the weekend!

Always end with "Thank you".
