DeleteTake a picture of your receipt, the offer, the product purchased AND the product bar code.
1. Go to bottom right of app and click "Help Center" "Contact Us"
2. "Missing Points" "Ralphs"
3. "CONTACT SUPPORT"
4. Click the attachment icon FIRST & attach your receipt.
5. Click the attachment icon again & attach your pic of the offer.
6. Click the attachment icon again & attach your pic of the product.
7. Click the attachment icon again & attach your pic of the product bar code.
8. Short narrative "Please credit me 4,992 for the purchase of the Jack Link Flamin Hot Beef Jerky in the amount $6.99 on 12/16/23 at Ralphs. Thank you so much. Happy Holidays!"
