Not everyone gets the same Cash Back offers

 

For months, I have been getting the $1.50 Joolie offer on my Ralphs/Kroger Cash account and I swear, the 1.4 oz has been on sale for $1.50 each week.  Just remember that not everyone gets the same Cash Back offer.
