UPDATE: I have gotten the $6 from Ibotta, as well as, $3.65 from Fetch Rewards!🎉
Last night, around 7:30 pm, I went to Vons and bought 3 boxes of the Talenti Mini Sorbetto Bars in the flavor Roman Raspberry and I submitted my receipt to Ibotta and Fetch Rewards. My receipt sat in Pending status on ibotta until I went to sleep and for Fetch Rewards, I had to do a "Correct Receipt" since their software didn't give me credit for the 1,200 ($1.20) for each box.
This morning, I checked Ibotta and the Pending status had dropped with $0.00 so I clicked on the line with Vons and I had to say that I have a missing item and re-scan the three bars and submit for a manual review.
I am still waiting for the Fetch Rewards manual review.
Very frustrating because it's Saturday and I don't want to be babysitting the rebate apps!
Mine was stuck in Fetch review yesterday but I later received 2400 for 2 boxes.

DeleteI had the same issue with Ibotta. I rescanned the items.
ReplyDeleteIbotta has once again refused the payment, saying that the items aren't in the receipt. Utter BS. I wrote again saying that they are the only items on the receipt.

DeleteGrowly, try the Ibotta Care bot by doing the following:
Delete1. Click your Earnings (where you see how much money you have in your account, upper right corner).
2. Click "Help"
3. Click "Visit the Help Center".
4. Click the "?" in the lower right corner.
5. Select "I'm missing cash back".
Yep. I did that and it failed. I actually wrote a comment that it's the only thing on the receipt and had to take pictures of the item and UPC.
