Unbelievable, I just received the $24.99 off $25 JCPenny's Coupon (valid thru 8/4)!!! JC Penny's must have been overwhelmed with comments and complaints about not getting the coupon. However, this coupon is for a new account and not my account that I've had for years.
The city is doing a fire inspection of our building and the noise from the fire alarms going off will drive anyone insane.
