ReplyDeleteCoupons couldn't find the product, even when it's the only one on the receipt. Had to resubmit.
ReplyDeleteBing didn't recognize the item on the receipt either, so had to put in a support ticket.
I had the same problem with Bing. I had to scan twice for Bing to recognize the product but when I scanned my receipt...Bing didn't credit the product.
