Regulators race to contain Silicon Valley Bank fallout (No Paywall)

Regulators race to contain Silicon Valley Bank fallout (No Paywall) by the New York Times

You know that when the news channels and social media is talking about the financials on a Sunday, the Silicon Valley Bank's demise is pretty bad.

A few readers (including me) have commented that although, the coupons.com app says "credited" under Redemption History, the payment has not sent to PayPal.

Over the last two weeks, we have experienced long wait times for payment.

This is the reason why we don't use the rebate apps as a bank and you should not keep hundreds of dollars in your rebate app.

For now, I recommend that you put a hold on redeeming any rebates until we see how things shake out with Silicon Valley Bank or will this be the tip of the iceberg for other financial institutions to fail and that is what the financial markets is trying to find out.

  1. FYI: If Coupons hasn't paid you, click the "Contact Customer Care" on one of the offers and explain to them what happened to the payment.

I got paid all five missing payments ($22 worth)!
