I checked my 4th amigos account and I found more money waiting for me! Thank goodness, there isn't a threshold limit and I can transfer the money into my account.
Also, as an FYI...you can go back through your receipts and if the offer is still there, you can submit the receipt. Submit your receipt as you have nothing to loose - no harm, no foul.
