ReplyDeleteI'm still waiting to get Alexa to approve my GM cereals I submitted 2/27. It shows submitted, This is the 3rd time Alexa hasn't paid me for the cereals in the last few months
ReplyDeleteAlexa has been giving me problems. Sometimes the receipt doesn't submit, sometimes it doesn't even show that anything was done, despite scanning the receipt and the items.
DeleteIf the offer is still showing available, submit your receipt again. Their customer service for their rebate app is really non-existent.
ReplyDeleteAlso, BTW, Alexa & Shopmium are connected in some sort of way and it is a must to use a different email for Alexa and Shopmium.

DeleteMs. B. no, it does not say processing. I have tried to submit for the newest offers and get message "offer needs to be activated before purchase is made." Another time Ralphs receipt showed the sale prices of $1.99 for the cereals and message said "Product(s) is already discounted with other manufacturer coupons and I did not use coupons"
ReplyDeleteHow odd...and you are saying that you've gotten paid from the other amigos? I was having a bunch of problem with Alexa and I changed the order in which I submitted to Alexa. I submitted to Alexa first and once, I was paid, I submitted to the other amigos and that seem to work for me.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, this was my struggle with Alexa. If you go back and look at my "Money Matters" posts, you'll see in January & February, I had deficits for Alexa and none with the other two. I had to start submitting to Alexa first and get paid and then I could submit for the other two.
