If you have an Apple Watch, today is the International Women's Day Challenge and all you need to do to complete the challenge is do any workout for 20 minutes or more to earn the award. Record your time with the Workout app or any app that adds works to Health.
If you started the new year with implementing more healthy habits, you can do a quick 10 minute walk to a couple blocks and and then turn around and walk back and you've got your 20 minute workout.
