My local Target has the Finish Quantum 22 ct for 8.69 so not free or .49 for me, however I can get Finish Quantum 22ct at Ralphs for free and a MM.. Click the 5.99 purchase price (zip 75034 Krogers-). 

Buy one, $1,50 IB (L5), and $2 each from the 3 amigos. Make sure not to load the Ralphs $1.50 Mfg Q.
