How many STEPS should I walk per day to stay HEALTHY?

 


I usually watch my Youtube videos in Chrome with ad blocker BUT I always thumbs up the videos so that the youtuber gets a good algorithm and more money. Just google "Ad Blocker Safari" or Firefox whatever browser that you use. Just remember to give the content creator a thumbs up.
