DeleteNobody needs to use vitamins or supplements unless your physician tells you to at this point. You pee out multivitamins and they are a waste of money and have no causal relationship with overall health - recent completed large scale studies support this. There can be harm to be done when using them, as well - just ask any hepatologist or nephrologist. There is no favorable evidence supporting use of any kind.
