    Now this is really strange...didn't get them in the account where I won the Fresh Pass, but did in the account I never won a single thing...and they are in my normal Albertsons zip code, no need to change to Tahoe or Sacramento.

      If you have them in your local zip then go to Sac or Tahoe and clip those too bc the SoCal AND NorCal should come off on your receipt. Of course, you'd need, for example, $2 in Frozen or $2 in Produce to get both SoCal/NorCal to come off.

      Didn't even think of this, so thx Ms B...I actually loaded them to my card (X2!) and they worked...then came down with an awful cold and didn't leave the house since :( Oh well, hopefully I'll get the zips again.
