DeletePlain and simple, Ibotta & the manufacturers want us to pay full price to qualify for a rebate.
Deleteall gift card are now a minimum of $20 to buy on ibotta.

ReplyDeleteThey changed it again! The rebates with coupon restrictions now read: "This offer cannot be combined with coupons for the same product at Walmart."
