    that's crappy that Ralphs 5x event can not be used with ibotta :(

      Plain and simple, Ibotta & the manufacturers want us to pay full price to qualify for a rebate.

    They changed it again! The rebates with coupon restrictions now read: "This offer cannot be combined with coupons for the same product at Walmart."
