I finally received the $11.98 from CO51 for the purchase of the Delimex taquitos and the Ragu pasta sauce. Thanks to TheCouponer for leaving the comment. The CO51 Ragu offer is dead.
I also received the 1,200 Shopkicks for the Golden Cart Mango Beer but I was disappointed because they lowered the offer from 1,700 Kicks to 1,200 Kicks. It's still a Money Maker but not as good as the 1,700 Kicks!
