Money Matters

It's May which means that we can go to our rebate apps and requests our funds!!!!

Thank goodness for a new month and hopefully lots of new deals! Typically, this time of the year, we have lots of cleaning deal as part of a Spring Cleaning event. It's normally a cyclical thing we get each year and we are already a month into spring. I suspect that manufacturers and retailers are trying to get their footing settled with all this tariffs talks.

Yesterday, Amazon said they would add a tariff line item to all orders and for whatever reason, the White House called Amazon an enemy causing Amazon to remove the tariff line item. I am so grateful that my Amazon Prime account expires in a couple of weeks!

I am very disappointed with BrandClub because this morning, I tried to withdraw my money and I got an Identity Verification prompt. We had already been given a heads up that the rebate apps are going to require identification and a couple weeks ago, I had posted the YouTube video Major Change Rebate Apps that talks about it. I am taking a $25 loss on Brand Club because I am not sending them my Driver's License so that they can sell my information or they can have a security breach with hackers.

My recommendation to you is that the moment you reach the rebate apps minimum threshold then you immediately request your funds.

I spent a lot of April stocking up necessities but I did receive $49.64 from IB, $10 Target gc, $25 Amazon from SB, $25 from SK Amazon from Fetch.
