Fetch is making us wait 3 Days for our gift cards?

 

I didn't realize that Fetch Rewards is now making us wait 3 days and they don't even define what they are calling 3 days! Is that 3 business days or is it 72 hours after the request?

For some reason, I was thinking we'd get our gift cards with 48 hours.  I think at one time, it used to 2 days and at some point, it became 3 days.

From a business prospective, I understand that they want us to hold onto those points for as long as we can  because they are making money sitting on cash while collecting interest from the banks.  Once we go into the Fetch app and request our gift card, they've got 3 days to produce a gift card...or they'll be dealing with the Couponers' Wrath on all platforms of social media.  

There are lots of people that have plenty of time on their hand and they know the month, day, year, hour and minute when they requested their gift card to go on social media to complain.

This is why it's kinda imperative for each of us not to extend hundreds of dollars to a rebate app especially if we know that we cannot afford to do so. 

One of the best things that I like about Social Nature and Aisle is that we get cash back but then again, I use common sense. At the most, I'll do like 5 rebates Social Nature or Aisle rebates in a transaction and then I wait until I get paid for those 5. 

Anyways, this is just a heads up that once you redeem your points, it can take 3 days to get your gift card from Fetch.
