Customer Service got Overwhelmed

 


Yesterday, Fetch Customer Service must have gotten overwhelmed by the Nature Valley Lunchbox deal because they had missed crediting me points and I had submit a second Trouble Ticket.  Whoever that was taking care of the ticket put 660 points on my Walmart receipt which was supposed to be only 25 points!🤣


I am still waiting for Ibotta to cough up the $4 they owe me for Nature Valley Lunchbox bars.
