ReplyDeleteI have tried the cream cheese. It works well in place of cream cheese for sweet baked goods. Do not use in savory dishes. It has coconut oil and will make the food taste sweet.
DeleteAll of it tastes strongly of coconut and has little resemblance to cheese. I like the smoked provolone the best and it is fine in a grilled cheese with another cheese or tuna melt and is a nice change in flavor. I use the shredded stuff in breakfast burritos but it melts so poorly that I actually put in in a hot nonstick pan, then the tortilla, melt them to each other and finish the rest.
