Two Walmart Stores are Closing in San Diego in February

A reader, Roddy, had left a comment had I seen that they are closing two Walmart stores in San Diego and I just happened to read the story on Yahoo called Two San Diego-area Walmart stores closing.  The  Walmart Neighborhood store on Imperial Ave and the Walmart Neighborhood store in La Mesa, I guess both locations are managed by the same property management company. Walmart and property company could not come to a lease renewal agreement, therefore, Walmart is closing both locations.

These BIG property management companies that are driving up the prices of properties across the California and the US are thinking that they can get renters that are willing to pay more.

The property management people have never been in the Logan Heights neighborhood of the Walmart on Imperial Ave. and once Walmart moves out, the building will sit empty while the homeless will makes a nice camp of it.  Good luck to the property management company because they played themselves!
