rebate says one 24 pack (equivalent or larger) or 2 (18) packs. So you can't buy 2 (12) packs for the bigger rebate. My Walmart has the 24 packs for ~$26. Total Wine, Vons and Ralphs is ~$27.

Vons/Albertsons has the Heineken Beer 24 pack on sale for $22.99 with digital coupon.
For whatever reason, I couldn't find 24 pack beers at Ralphs at the 3 nearest Ralphs by me which is very odd especially the Ralphs by San Diego State.
To do the $176.01 grocery rebate you need to buy one 24 pack or 2 12 packs so this is the best price for that rebate.
