Kaiser used to give you a flu shot during a regular degular visit with your physician and I actually tried to schedule my vaccinations to coincide with my recent visits but they don't do that any more because vaccinations are done at the nurse's stations during certain hours on a first come, first basis.
I will be going against commute traffic but the clinic doesn't open until late morning and it will be another thing off of my list of things to do! I definitely, do not want to be sick during the holidays!
