DeleteGo into "Activities" and click the arrow > for the ice cream and then you'll see a hyperlink for "Contact Customer Support" and let them know that the software only credited you with 200 instead of the 400 point as you bought 4. Usually, they contact you via email within 24 hours during the work week. It takes longer if it's on a weekend.

DeleteWhat I've noticed over the last month is that they've seem to have programmed the software to overlook the quantity, thereby, requiring a manual read receipt. Swagbucks has been around since 2008 and SB wasn't missing quantities until just recently. Over the last month, they have missed reading the correct quantity, I'd say 50% of the time which is staggering. We get the credit but I don't like waiting.
