San Diego county is pretty big so I cannot speak for the entire county but in my North Park neighborhood, it has been raining here cats and dogs since yesterday and the we've had the super, duper high winds.
I looked at the weather in Los Angeles (2 hours north of San Diego) and it's just partly cloudy!
It's also raining in Northern California.
This am we have had cats and dogs rain in Orange County. The winds even took down part of our neighbors palm tree!!
