There was a little Brand Club glitch

 

Last week, I found several CORE water surveys on my Brand Club account  Also, the price of the CORE Keto Birthday Cake bar is listed incorrectly at $2.69 but that doesn't even matter because once I saw that they had the CORE Keto and the CORE water Survey stacked together is when I realized that their system glitched thinking that the water and the bar are the same product and I earned $3.50 for the CORE products. 

The thing is that a qualifying purchase is one per transaction and for me to unlock two surveys means that I made two separate purchases. For example, if I would have purchased two Keto Birthday Cake bars in a single transaction, I will only get credit for one survey, regardless, if I had two surveys completed.

Shop around for your eggs

 

Just six months ago, I could grab a dozen eggs at Walmart for $0.98 not all the time but every once in awhile, Walmart had too many eggs or they found a great deal on eggs or the buy by date was coming and I could find an awesome deal on eggs.

Make sure that you are shopping around for your eggs to be sure that you are not over paying. Of course, use the store apps or dot com to shop around.

If you have a Vons/Albertsons/Safeway or it's affiliated stores and shop there frequently, then you should already know that you can grab FREE eggs using your Store Rewards.  If you have 3 Rewards, you can grab the O Organics Eggs Lard Brown 12 count.  If you still have a $1 O Organic, you need to use it FIRST at the Self Checkout in transaction #1 and then in a second transaction, get the FREE eggs.  The zip advantage will always override freebie offers.

For most of us, our local grocery store is closer than Target or Walmart but if you know that you are going to Target or Walmart, during the week, check the egg prices before you hit the road!

Over the weekend, there was a huge fire at the third largest egg farm so  expect continued higher egg prices.

CVS Update

 

 This couponer popped up in my recommended video to watch and I believe that she does mostly CVS videos. She has more than half million subscribers to her YouTube channel and I think that gears her channel more towards novice couponers.

In this particular video, the store manager is telling her that CVS is changing threshold coupons (like $6 off $30) to apply after all coupons have been used.

I have spliced the video to the manager starts talking the changes and where he ends.

CVS still loves me...week 2

 

Once again, CVS has sent me another FREE $4 Extra Bucks and I'm absolutely grateful for this freebie!

This is a headache

 

Update: They rejected my receipt as not valid for retailer and I resubmitted my receipt and I got paid right away.

So, yesterday, I purchased the BIC razor at Ralphs and submitted my receipt to the there amigos. Each amigo had an offer for any store and another offer specifically for Target but when asked to select which offer, all you see is "BIC Razors" for both offers and of course, I selected the wrong offer on one of them and they sent me an email saying, Offer is not valid for this retailer.

They really need to fix, this problem, we shouldn't have to guess.
