I am sometimes amazed at some of the ridiculous deal offers. In this high inflationary market, they want you to buy three bags of chips for a total of $12 to get back $4. When money is tight, chips are a want not a need and most people are not going to buy $12 worth of chips unless it's special occasion.
I am sure this offer is geared towards the avid football fans but even they are saying "no".
