I used to travel regularly for my old job. I would be on location for two weeks and come home for one week and so on and I'd bring one suitcase that was packed to the gills and I was able to lift and carry that suitcase throughout my travels and in and out of rental cars without any back problems whatsoever.
On Friday, our bags was definitely heavier when we left San Diego and it took forever for the luggage to get onto the conveyor belt for pick up after we de-plained. I have a pretty pink suitcase and as soon as I saw it, I ran over to the conveyer belt and grabbed suitcase. I knew I had made a mistake as soon as I lifted it!🤣
By Saturday morning, my back was killing me and I knew I had strained a muscle in my back.
Through couponing, I knew that I had Advil and those back patches in the medicine cabinet. I used the Icy Hot back patch but I was in a lot of pain, on Saturday, because every time, I would move, I would have let out a little yelp.
Normally, we like the Tiger Balm back patch and I keep them in the medicine cabinet and I get at Walmart because they have the cheapest price for the Tiger Balm back patches.
Since I didn't have the Tiger Balm, I took a chance on the CVS Health Heat Patch and it was a CVS freebie from like a couple years ago and it had just expired in May 2022. The heat part of patch no longer worked but the medicated part did work and I swear, I wore that thing for 8 hours and my back was completely healed.
If you have an opportunity and you have a CVS Money Maker, grab the CVS Health Heat Patch for your medicine cabinet!
The great thing about being a Coupner is we are almost alway prepared for the unforeseen. Walmart sells the Tiger Balm heat patches 5ct for $4.98.
