You must sign into Kroger.com using your Ralphs sign-in and password and activate the offer HERE and you'll be able to see the offer in your Ralphs account, however, when you click the "Shop All Items" there is no items listed.
Supposedly, it's because there some type of Dairy Laws in place in California...but of course, Kroger could get around that law if they wanted to but of course, Kroger don't want to.
I don't need that darn ice cream, anyways!🤣
