A couple weeks ago, I received an invite to participate in a transportation study for a week for a $35 gift card. I haven't a clue how I got onto the list for local government surveys but thank you! I only do the surveys if I receive compensation.
We are all bombarded with requests to take surveys to improve our experience but 99% of the time, those surveys offer no compensation and so those invites are a hard pass for me because my time is valuable.
If a company has the money to hire a survey company then they have the resources to offer some sort compensation to the participants.

The clearance Rimmel works for this deal. I bought 3 at $1.24 each and got the $10 bc.
The Bath & Body Works Room Sprays are the best room sprays because they are super concentrated and they last FOREVER. I want to say in 2019 or 2020, I bought 5 of the Bath & Body Works Room Sprays and we are currently down to the very last room spray. I put these in the bathrooms.
I also want to say that in 2019 or 2020, I want to say the sales price was like $2.95 so the inflation is no joke...but they've lasted at least 3 years (maybe 4 years) and so the price is well worth the purchase.
Order online at bathandbodyworks.com and use the code SPRITZAWAY to get the $3.95 price and request STORE PICK UP to avoid the shipping costs!
This morning, the Thank You Elite Customers showed underneath the VONS4U categories and I believe at the beginning of this month, I received a $3 off $3 coupon and now, I've received a "Earn 3 Rewards" coupon that expires 6/6/23 and will stack nicely with the two 4X coupons!!!
Only my original Vons account has the "Thank You Elite Customer" category and it's the account that I got when I first came to San Diego and it's the account that I use most often...and I have no clue how I became a "Thank You Elite Customer".
Food 4 Less, a KROGER STORE, has their own Weekly Digital Deals. You can add the Food 4 Less to your Ralphs or other affiliate account.
This is a quick comparison shop between Vons/Albertsons vs Ralphs on the Sargento Cheese.
Yes, I realize that we can get the Kroger cheese for $0.99, however, there are times that I want to cook with name brand cheese for special occasion. Just my opinion, the store brand cheese always cook differently and takes longer to melt than Kraft, Sargento or Tillamook.
I have both store brand and name brand cheeses inside my refrigerator and yes, I understand that I can buy a brick of cheese and shred my own cheese and yes, I do own a cheese grater for the times, I feel like grating my cheese at home.
Anyways, Vons and Albertsons stores have the Sargento Sliced, Shredded, Chunk Cheese 5-8 oz one sale for $1.97 (limit 6) and it's the last night on the sale. Starting on Wednesday, Ralphs will have the Sargento Cheese Slices 8-18 ct on sale for $2.49. Please, note that the Ralphs pricing is actually Kroger's price and you'll need to go to kroger.com and add the price to your Ralphs account...or to can run to Vons/Albertons and grab the cheese for $1.97.
Walmart has put the Haagen-Dazs Cookie Cones on Rollback pricing of $3.97 and there's a $1 Ibotta offer and a 415 ($2.66) Shopkick offer including the scan kick which will make the cookie cones just $1.31!!!
Walmart sell the L'Oreal Elvive shampoo and conditioner for $4.97 each and when you buy 2, it's $9.94. If you've activated the $2 Ibotta offer, limit 2 (it's expiring soon), you'll be able to grab the L'Oreal Elvive for FREE after the (3) $2/2 amigos!!!
Sometime, last week, I had posted about the Spend $40 get $20 Walgreens Cash Spend Booster and it doesn't expire until 05/31/23.
As a lot of you know that I love perfumes and before the pandemic and the lockdowns, I used to wear a perfume every single day. It's only been, this year, that I have incorporated wearing a perfume back into my morning routine.
I had originally wanted to order the Tom Ford's White Patchouli or Miss Dior Eau de Parfum but neither was available for me to order. My third choice was the Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb 1.7oz Eau de Parfum.
The original price of the Flowerbomb was $103.06 but it was on sale for $82.54 plus there's a 15% of coupon when you use the code HER015 at checkout and of course, I chose to do in store pick up since Walgreens is in my neighborhood. The code dropped the price down to $75.60 including tax.
The Spend $40 get $20 Walgreens Cash Spend Booster applied without a problem and I got back $20.70 in Walgreens Cash. I'll eventually roll my Walgreens Cash into rebates. The final price of the perfume will be $54.90.
Even if you don't have a need for a good perfume or cologne (Father's Day is June 18th), you can always buy and put it away for a birthday or Christmas gift.

Happy Saturday and happy long Memorial Day weekend!!! This year has flown by and it's the last weekend of the month. June 20th will be the longest day of the year and then the days will start getting shorter. Take the time to enjoy spending time with your family and favorite friends.
It is so important to spend time with your family and extended family in a home environment so that you speak freely and pass down good information to your family. Every time, I find out good financial information, I always share it with the family because I don't want them to end up like the folks with the INSANE $1,500 Car Payment. It's when you are eating your hamburger or hot dogs, this weekend that you mention that you are putting aside $500 per month for your vacation to Hawaii in January so you don't have to worry about paying interest on your credit card.
Planning is also a form of love. Sharing with your family that you've picked up hotdogs, the buns, chips, beer or whatever it is for the cookout kinda gets the family hyped for the cookout...and it's let's them know that they are loved and wanted.
Yesterday, I went to Big Lots to see their home decor items because they used to decent but inexpensive table cloths and placemats that I like to change out as the seasons change but the Big Lots in Point Loma hardly had a thing, I guess I'll have to check Walmart, the next time I go there.
Another thing that we can look forward to in Junes is the return of the Vons/Albertsons Flavor Adventure Game begins on June 7!!!!!
There will not be any coupons in the Sunday paper so that you can enjoy spending time with your family and friends for Memorial Day.
This is a great way to roll your store rewards into cash!
Starting on Sunday, 5/28, Rite Aid will have the Covergirl cosmetics, Buy 2 get $5 Bonus Cash (limit 2) and there are the various amigos that should make the Covergirl FREE + MM!!! The amigos offer expires on Sunday, 5/28/23.
Make sure to stop by Vons and Albertsons stores to get the $2 Signature Select Bottled Water 24pk {FRIDAY ONLY}, limit 4. I am heading to Vons.
