I did the Fancy Feast Gems deal a couple of weeks ago and submitted my receipt to Swagbucks. Today, I looking at Swagbucks, I saw that the Fancy Feast Gems offer was back active on my account and activated which means that they've semi-reset the offer as not enough took advantage of the offer.

If you see that an offer past the expiration date like pictured above, it's my understand, according to savingwithsha on YouTube, you can still buy the product and submit for the offer and get credited because enough people didn't take advantage of the offer and they are basically extending the offer to whomever want to submit a receipt for the product. I bought another Fancy Feast Gems to test it because either way, I won't be out of any money so no harm, no foul. I will do a quick follow up post so that we are all on the same page! The receipt did go into pending status as did previous two receipts.

Crunch White Bar at Albertsons in Rancho Bernardo

I am about to do a quick run to Walmart to buy toothbrush covers and I decided to do a quick google check on the Crunch White Bars and supposedly, they are at the Albertsons in Rancho Bernardo! As you see in the picture above, Rancho Bernardo is about 20 miles from me and I think it's off the I-15 freeway.

I have checked for these candy bars in every nook and cranny store, as I am out and about, and I still have not seen those candy bars.

The Fetch offer was reduced but the Ibotta offer remains the same.

Vons/Albertsons: Important update for our San Diego customers

This only applies to the stores in the city of San Diego. The change doesn't apply to the stores in the cities of Lemon Grove, La Mesa, National City, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, Escondido, Vista, etc. I am sure that the city managers are aware that Albertsons will be non-compliant for the new law and they will proceed appropriately.

We have a lot of retirees and older Americans in San Diego and I am sure a lot of them do not mess with apps and they won't go online to Vons.com and activate the the digital coupon each and every week so they miss out on most deals.

I have documented on this blog how I am no longer able to access my Vons account that I am unable to access my account at Vons.com to activate my digital coupons and I am pretty sure that I am not the only one in San Diego have this problem. I suspect that the problem is pervasive across all of the Albertsons stores and their affiliates.

Instead of Albertsons getting a Tiger Team together to deal with the problem, they've decided to completely ignore the problem. However, in today's economic climate and inflationary pricing at the grocery stores, a lot of seniors cannot afford to not access to the digital coupons. Let's keep it a buck, senior citizens vote and in San Diego, they went to their city Councilperson to complain and they got this law passed.

I bought more of the Maple Honey Turkey Lunchmeat

While I was at Walmart picking up the FREE + $0.73 MM Mila Dumplings and the FREE + $4.99 MM Fungies Supplements, I picked up another half pound of the Sara Lee Maple Honey Turkey Lunchmeat at the Deli Counter for $3.79. Amazingly, when I submitted my receipt to MyPoints, I was instantly awarded the 400 points ($2.40). I ended up paying $1.39 for half pound and there is almost nowhere where you can pick up just a half pound of lunchmeat for that price and I'm pretty happy with it!

In my eyes, the lunchmeat was free because of the money makers for the dumplings and the supplements offset the price of the Sara Lee!

I am sure that the marketing team at Kroger Headquarters had their hearts in the right place but the Buy the Chocolate Milk get FREE Cereal sounds like a horrible deal for the states that has Dairy Laws.

When I saw the digital coupon my thoughts were that "Kroger wants me to pay for the chocolate milk so someone else in another state can have free chocolate milk!"

Like why would I buy chocolate milk for $2.99 to get a free store brand cereal? We got free and cheap brand name cereal all summer long at Ralphs. Currently, Vons and Albertsons stores have brand name cereal on sale for $1.97.

If I pay the $2.99 for chocolate milk in California then I end up subsidizing the folks in Texas so that they can have the free chocolate milk. Why can't we get the cereal for free like the Kroger customers are getting the chocolate milk for free?

Grocery budgets are too tight and we don't have the money to play dumb games of "You pay for the chocolate milk and they get it for free!"....we are not going to be manipulated and gaslighted into thinking that we are getting something for free when we are not. The Kroger customers are getting something for free but we don't...and that's okay because our state laws says that we can't get free dairy products.

Kroger, do better!

If you were able to pick up these three freebies, they would be excellent items for a gift basket! The Fetch Candy Bar offer has been reduced😭

I am definitely disappointed that the majority of California Couponers were not able to take advantage of the candy bars when they were a very nice money maker. I think I read that the Crunch White and Butterfinger Marshmallow single serve will be on sale for $1.25 at Vons and Albertsons stores until like October 10th.

If it wasn't for the cheap Local Hive Organic Hive Honey 12 oz, I most likely would have pushed my grocery shopping to the weekend BUT I absolutely needed to get to Vons or Albertsons because I knew that there isn't going to be a lot of the honey on the shelf and I was lucky enough to get the last bottle on the shelf!

A couple of days ago, I had said that this was my second week getting the Zip Code Advantage x 2 and I'm loving it! Interestingly enough, Week #1 and Week #2, I shopped at Albertsons and all eight of the Zip coupons came off on my receipt!

I had already planned to buy five of the Yoplait yogurt for $0.39 but since I had two $1 off Yogurt (store) coupons, I decided to use the $0.50 off 5 Yoplait coupon which is manufacturer coupon and thankfully all of the coupons came off on my receipt. $0.39 x 6 = $2.34 - $2.50 = FREE + $0.16 MM and I submitted my receipt to Ibotta for $0.50/4 Yoplait offer which made the yogurts a $0.66 MM!!!

I needed eggs and tortillas and I wanted to see how it was going to workout with the $1 off Eggs wyb Mission Burritos Tortilla and it the coupon applied perfectly fine.
