txfrugalfinds on IG shows us an easy budgeting tool to save money. I use something very similar using the Capital One 360 accounts which used to be the ING 360 account.  The great thing about budgeting this way is that you can quickly see if you run into a true emergency where you can take money to cover the emergency like you need a car and she has $5,000 for vacation...maybe, you don't go on vacation in 2026 but move the vacation to 2027.  This is how you make adult decisions because you actually know where your money is going to each month.
