If you're near a Grocery Outlet it's worth checking there first. The 1 near me sells the cookie mix for 99 cents.
Also, submit your receipt to Fetch Rewards, although, I did have to have my receipt corrected for Fetch. At least in San Diego, you'll need to submit your receipt under the Any Grocery Store. You'll just scroll to the bottom of the Ibotta app until you reach "Shop by category" and click "In Store" and scroll down to Any Grocery Store.
