Kroger has updated their app and I hate it because I have four Ralph stores - Hillcrest, Mission Valley, Point Loma and Montezuma and I am not even counting the store on G Street in downtown San Diego. I select which store to go to based on store inventory, time of day and traffic. For example, I don't go to Mission Valley at lunchtime nor between the hours of 2 pm - 7 pm because of heavy traffic.
Prior to the app update, I could quickly pivot based on my location in the city to the nearest Ralphs and update the app of my location. This is important because the store set-ups are not the same from store to store and I don't want to walk all the aisles looking for a particular product and before the app change, I could easily change store locations, thereby, I'd know exactly which aisle to grab whatever I need.
If it ain't broke, why fix it?
