If you've had a Capital One 360 Savings account between 2019 to June 2025, you've already been entered into lawsuit as a claimant. You have until September to update your information.
The best that I can figure out, it appears that Capital One miscalculated the interest they were to pay you. If I said that wrongly, please feel free to leave a comment.
the Individual Recognized Claim amount is calculated as the approximate amount of additional interest that would have been earned on the account during the Class Period had the account received the interest rate of the 360 Performance Savings product, multiplied by a to-be-determined value that will increase the amount of the Individual Recognized Claim (the “Multiplier”). The Multiplier is currently estimated to be approximately 1.15 (or an approximately 15% increase), though it may change depending on the amount of Attorneys’ Fees
