This morning, I received this email from the folks at P&G Good Everyday about changes coming to our account.
What I find fascinating is that the grocery stores and Swagbucks, have, too, made some sort of one time password adjustments to our accounts. We all now seem to need a code sent to our phone before we can log into our accounts.
It's the most stupidest thing ever.
On my oldest Vons account, I can no longer log into that account and of course, customer service cannot help me...and it's the account with free Fresh Pass. I can access the account on the app but I prefer to use vons.com to activate my coupons on Wednesdays. Once the Fresh Pass expires, I'll be getting rid of this account.
You now have to have a phone to have an online account. I guess they are trying to stop people from having multiple accounts but the thing is that most household usually have access to more than one phone.
There's got to be more to this changing how we access our online account thing and as they say "What's done in the dark always comes to light."
