I tried cooking bacon in water method🥓

Since we are actually having winter weather in California, this week, and I do not like driving in the rain on the freeways, I decided to check out some cooking videos on YouTube.

We love a quick bacon & eggs breakfast but I hate standing over the stove while that grease is popping at you.  I tried the "cooking bacon in water" method (you can google it  or search on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube) and it's super easy.  You just put the bacon in a frying pan or baking pan and add just enough water to slightly cover the bacon.  It's my understanding, that by adding the water, you're letting the bacon get to a certain temperature without rendering the fat and by the time the water boils off of the bacon, it cooks/browns evenly in the rendered fat.

When I buy bacon, I ensure that there an even amount of fat and meat throughout the bacon because I hate when I buy bacon and it's mostly meat then it taste more like ham or shredded pork chops.

Let us know if you tried this method of frying bacon!
