What attachments I submit with my Trouble Tickets

 


I absolutely hate submitting a Trouble Ticket when the rebate app software doesn't pick up an offer on my receipt.  It's always happens when the receipt is crystal clear, the description on the receipt is crystal clear and it's not a long receipt.

I bought the Best Foods and Haagen Dazs on Monday, and they both went into pending status with like a 4  day review.  I want to say that the Best Foods was only in pending jail for a couple of hours and I awarded the (2) $5/2 MyPoints offer.  I had to fight tooth and nail to get the 595 ($3.74) credit for the ice cream.


As soon as, they went into pending status, I took the following pictures:

1. Picture the pending items purchased.

2.  Picture of the flavor specified offer.

3.  Picture of the bar code.

4.  Picture of the receipt.

5.  Picture of the offer.




I always start my Trouble Ticket with what I want them to do: "Please, credit me the 595 points for my purchase of the two Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream that I purchased at Ralphs on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024. See the attached receipt, bar code, products, offer and flavor."

Obviously, what I do doesn't always work but in this case, after my third response, they got tired and just awarded me the points.
