Sometime, last week, I was telling my brother that when I come across something that's a good price and it's something that we normally use or eat, I try to predict over a one month period how much do we consume and then multiply by 6 months. We probably eat Rice-a-Roni or Pasta-a-Roni at least two or three times a month, therefore, 3 times 6 equals 18 boxes so $18 but I'd be getting back $9 in GO Game Points. That's $9 worth of side dishes for a 6 months. Of course, you pull the boxes from the back and check the expiration dates. It's the same story with the beans...and where can you get the Rotel for $0.88 per can?
Inflation isn't going anywhere soon, no matter who is elected, which means we've got to be smarter than the average bear when it comes to saving a buck!
