I saw on Slick Deals that the rewards on Points Rewards Plus had been updated and Iamnotaduck says the following:

$3 meat or deli
$5 deli or produce
$10 bakery, seafood, floral
These new rewards are all great choses to save money for Thanksgiving!
With respect to Points Rewards Plus both Wifey and I are 100% produce coupon redeemers. Ralph’s bakery prices are just too high now to get good values. And we prefer earning our fuel points with 4X points on Friday purchases plus gift cards (especially now that we will be getting into the holiday season).
