Inflation is eliminating the Cheap Option

Remember before the COVID19 pandemic when the cashier would ask a customer if he or she had a loyalty card or phone number so they could lower the price for the items that the person was buying and the person would say "No."  You don't hear customers saying that anymore because the prices have more than doubled.

The inflation has gotten so bad that ordinary American have no options of choice when doing their weekly grocery shopping.

Previously, I would occasionally buy the Eggland Best eggs without them being on sale because we enjoyed those eggs but now the price of regular eggs are so expensive that we  no longer even look at Eggland Best eggs.

Also, the stores have adjusted the items that they carry on their shelves because they know that the people will not buy certain items due to price.

Inflation has changed the way we eat at home and away from home.

We don't mind telling friends, family or acquaintances that any activity dealing with food is too expensive for our pockets due to inflation.

This upcoming holiday season, we are going to have to be vigilant on how we shop for our groceries for Thanksgiving, as well as, the month of December with the holiday parties because Inflation 2024 has eliminated all of our inexpensive options.
