How To Apply For OTC Card (How To Qualify And Get OTC Card)

 


If you are on Medicare, you can apply for an OTC Card and you'll be able to get some of your over the counter items and some foods for free.  Go to YouTube and in the search bar enter "OTC Card" and you'll see how some people are using their OTC Card.
