ReplyDeleteKeep in mind that food rewards will vary until the program ends early next year. So, if you don’t see something you like now, then simply wait. If the program acts like it did in the past, then rewards will reset around the 1st and 15th of the month (plus or minus a few days).
The reason I mention this is because of the $10 reward which is a hidden jewel. It used to require redeeming 3,350 points which is mathematically equivalent to the $3 in value you get for 1.000 points. But instead, the $10 reward requires only 2,250 points. So, for the 3,350 points it used to cost you can now get both a $10 AND a $3 reward! That’s 50% ($4) better than simply redeeming 3350 points for 3 $3 rewards with 350 points left over which may simply sit there.
You should always redeem for what you truly want. I’m only saying that if you want to get the biggest bang for the buck then set aside a portion of your point balance for a $10 reward because it offers the best value.
