I had to do a quick temperature check for Sacramento and as you can see by the picture above, it's currently 91 degrees and 68 degrees in San Diego. Sacramento has mostly dry heat like in Arizona. The high will be 100 degrees in Sactown and the high, here, will be 73 degrees.
