I have acid reflux disease and I have to be careful what I eat and drink, as well as, I eat smaller size portions of whatever it is I eat. For a long time, it was really bad because like 15 years ago, when your medical professional diagnosed you with something like acid reflux, they'd tell you "I'm going to write a prescription for Pepcid" but they didn't tell you how to prevent the constant reoccurring problems of stomach problems, heart burn and throwing up. Back then, they didn't give you a referral to see a nutritionalist because medicine was more reactionary rather then preventive.
It's really social media that has gotten the medical industry to step up their game so that people can have a better quality of life. Some how through social media, I found out about the heath benefits of kombucha and it's been a game changer for me...along with eating smaller portions, cutting back on foods that can cause inflammation like spicy foods or tomato based foods like spaghetti or meats.
I am not a doctor but for me, the easiest way to lessen acid reflux symptoms is to drink a kombucha, the Health-Ade Kombucha is my very favorite for taste, as well as, relieving symptoms. You can also eat the greek yogurt for help with symptoms.
Anyways, I did the TWO FREE Health-Ade Kombucha deal at Walmart and the OTC coupon worked flawlessly. In San Diego, I believe, as of recently, I've only seen the Health-Ade Kombucha at the Walmart Neighborhood stores, although, they used to be carried at all the Walmarts in the Produce area where they carry all of the other kombucha products.
My Fetch offer was for $1.25/2 vice $1/2 that Savannah had and I got back $1.07 on the Merryfield app.
I am very thankful to have gotten 2 for FREE!!!!!!!
You can make your own kombucha too Roz, very easy to do it. Just find someone with the starter. Or you can buy the starter. Just google it how to make homemade kombucha.
