My God, they are changing Target Circle and it appears that Target Red Card holders will be getting less benefits, i.e., we won't be getting the free shipping but instead we will be able to pay $49 for same day shipping. I didn't read email in-depth, therefore, I could have misinterpreted what was that they were trying to convey to me.
If you do not have a Target Red Card, this is a heads up that changes are about to happen to Target Circle.
